摘  要:对高速圆柱形凸版曲面印盖机传动系统关键技术进行研究,开发出一种具有UV油墨及光油二次印刷、二次固化的多工位同步传动系统,该系统由多工位步进分度转盘和多工位同步传动步进分度器两大部件组成。该系统的应用,改变了国内同类设备UV彩印后再配套上光机、固化机进行再次印刷及固化的繁琐工艺,在提高设备自动化程度和效率的同时,缩短了生产流程,也减少了所需操作人员的数量。A multi-station synchronous transmission system of high speed relief curved lid printer, which is capable of synchronizing printing with UV ink and printing and caring with light ink, was developed by researching the key technology for the equipment's transmission system. The system consists of two major components, namely, step dividing plate of multi-station and step dividing device of multi-station synchronous transmission. The system successfully simplifies the printing process executed by similar printing machinery in China, which usually involves primary printing with UV ink followed by secondary printing with light oil and caring with specialized machinery. By streamlining the production process and reducing the operators needed, this technology improves automation and efficiency of printing equipment.
