脑复清胶囊活血化瘀作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :多角度观察脑复清胶囊活血化瘀作用。方法 :采用体内血栓形成、血小板聚集、血液粘度及微循环测定等方法 ,检测机体血液流变学状态。结果 :脑复清胶囊可显著抑制肾上腺素 胶原诱导的小鼠体内血栓形成 ,抑制ADP诱导家兔血小板体外聚集 ,降低大鼠的血液粘度 ,并显著改善小鼠耳廓微循环状态。结论 :脑复清胶囊具有良好的活血化瘀作用 。Objective: To investigate the blood quickening stasis transforming actions of Naofuqing Capsules in different circles. Methods: The methods of formation of thrombin in vivo, aggregation of platelets, viscosity of blood and microcirculation were used. Results: Naofuqing Capsules could inhibit formation of thrombin in vivo induced by adrenaline collagen, inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP, decrease viscosity of blood and improve the microcirculation blood guickening and stasis transforming actions significantly. Conclusions: Naofuqing Capsules possesses obvious actions of blood quickening and stasis transforming and improves blood rheology of body.
