疏肝中药对应激小鼠免疫功能影响的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较不同疏肝中药对应激小鼠免疫功能影响。方法 :建立小鼠应激模型 ,观察柴胡 ;柴胡、黄芩 ;柴胡、白芍 ;柴胡、黄芩、白芍等四组疏肝中药对淋巴细胞增殖反应、T细胞亚群、白细胞介素 2 (interleukin 2IL 2 )活性。结果 :束缚应激后小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应受抑制 ,成熟T淋巴细胞减少 ,其中T辅助细胞减少 ,T抑制细胞增多 ;IL 2活性降低。结论 :不同疏肝中药可对抗应激所致的免疫功能下降 ,疏肝清热养肝的柴、芩、芍组作用优于疏肝养肝之柴、芍组与疏肝清肝之柴、芩组 。Objective:To compare the effects of different liver coursing Chinese medicinals on the immune functions in the stressed mice. Methods: To establish the stressed model of mice and observe the effects of the following four groups of liver coursing Chinese medicinals which contain different compositions: Radix Bupleuti; Radix Bupleuti and Radix Scutellariae; Radix Bupleuti and Paeoniae Alba; Radix Bupleuti and Radix Scutellariae and Radix Paeoniae Alba on splenic lymphocyte proliferative reaction (LPR), subgroup of T cells and IL 2 activity. Results: The splenic lymphocyte proliferative reaction (LPR) of stressed mice was inhibited, the number of mature T lymphocyte decreased. that is, helper T lymphocyte decreased while suppressor Tlymphocyte (Ts) increased, IL 2 activity lowered. These different Chinese medicinal groups could modulate the lowered immune functions caused by stress. The group ( Radix Bupleuti and Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix scutellariae) with liver coursing, heat clearing and liver nourshing actions has better effect than the group (Radix Bupleuti and Radix Paeoniae Alba) with liver coursing and nourshing actions, and the group (Radix Bupleuti and Radix Scutellariae) with liver coursing and clearing actions. Radix Bupleuti group with simple liver coursing action has relatively weak effect.
