大承气汤分煎与混煎化学等值初步研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究分煎与混煎对大承气汤的影响。方法 :分别测定了大承气汤分煎液与混煎液的浸膏重量、番泻甙A、辛弗林及柚皮甙的含量。结果 :以上化学指标在两种不同制备液中无差异。结论Objective: To study the effect of dividual decocting and admixture decocting on Major Qi Infusing Decoction. Methods: By determining the extract weight the contents of Sennoside A、Synephren and Naringin in dividual decoction and admixture decoction of Major Qi Infusing Decoction. Results: There is no difference in chemical markers above the mentioned between two decoctions. Conclusion: Two different decoctions of Major Qi Infusing Decoction have the same values on chemical equivalency.
