开展门诊外籍患者个案管理护理实践的效果与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨个案管理护理实践对改善外籍患者医疗服务质量的效果。方法回顾性调查63名外籍患者在实施个案管理前后患者满意度情况,用SPSS 20.0软件对各项指标进行统计学分析,并统计我院特需门诊外籍患者每月就诊量。结果实施个案管理后门诊外籍患者满意度调查结果优于实施个案管理前,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个案管理护理实践能够有效改善外籍患者医疗服务质量,在护士具有足够胜任力的前提下,针对外籍患者应有条件地开展个案管理。Objective To evaluate the effect of nurse-led case management program on improving medical service quality for foreign patients.Methods We investigated the satisfaction degree of 63 foreign patients retrospectively before and after case management.The data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 software.We also calculated the number of foreign patient visit our clinic.Results The satisfaction degree of foreign patients after case management is higher than before,thedifferences between the two groups werestatistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusions The nurse-led case management program can improve the medical service quality for foreign patients,and it is applicable when the nurses are competent.
