1990—2010年西北地区经济增长效率及其影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：西北地区(新、陕、甘、宁和青)是我国重要的资源储备地和欧亚大陆的西进通道,拥有重要的战略地位,提高其经济增长效率是保持西北地区未来平稳快速发展的关键。本文运用基于参数的SFA模型方法,对西北地区1990—2010年的经济增长效率及其影响因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,西北地区经济总体处于轻微规模报酬递增状态,经济增长主要依赖资本投入的推动,属于典型的粗放型模式;西北地区经济增长效率总体上呈"M型"的曲折变化,如果不存在技术非效率,整个西北地区的经济增长可以提高11.86%;在经济增长效率的影响因素中,外贸依存度、金融贷款发展、产业结构、政府支出规模对技术效率具有抑制作用,金融存款发展、外资依存度促进了技术效率的提高,尤其是外资依存度,对经济增长效率具有较大的改善作用,因此,吸引外商直接投资是整个西北地区提高经济增长效率的主要途径。The northwest region is an important resource reserves and Eurasia west channel,and act an strategic position in China＇s economic growth.To improve the efficiency of economic growth in northwest is the key to maintain steady and rapid development in the future.Based on the SFA model method of parameters,this paper researches the economic growth efficiency and influence factors in 1990—2010 of five northwestern provinces.The analysis results show that northwest regional economy overall in a slight increasing returns to scale state.The economic growth mainly depends on the impetus of capital investment,and it＇s belong to typical extensive model;Economy growth efficiency in northwest region generally showed ＂M ＂ type inflexion and change.If the technology is not efficiency,the economic growth in whole northwest region can be increased by 11.86%;In influence factors of economic growth efficiency,foreign trade dependence,financial loan development,industrial structure and government expenditure of scale have inhibitory effect on technical efficiency,financial deposit development,foreign capital dependence have promoted the improvement of technical efficiency,especially the foreign capital dependence has great improving function on economic growth efficiency.So attract direct investment is the main way to improve the efficiency of economic growth for the whole northwest region.
