摘　　要：天津天狮学院作为天津唯一一所民办高校对学生出勤特别重视,但是在学生出勤管理上仍旧采取传统的上课点名方式、任课教师每周提交出勤统计、教务处工作人员需要二次统计,最后提交统计数据给领导和辅导员,这无疑增加了教师和工作人员的工作量同时也导致了出勤统计信息的滞后性。为了减少授课教师和教务相关工作人员的工作量,减轻压力、提高效率,同时使学生出勤统计信息化、自动化,本文提出了设计并实现基于RFID的学生出勤系统,在系统中引入GSM设计并实现了短信发送缺勤学时数的功能,以此来督促和警示学生出勤情况。As the only private college in TianJin,Tianjin Tianshi College pays more attention to students＇ attendance .However student attendance management takes the traditional way of rollcall, then teachers submit attendance statistics weekly,the registry staff require secondary statistics, fianlly data are submitted to the leadership and counselors, all these will increase the workload of teachers and staffand also lead to the lag of attendance statistics. In order to reduce the instructor and academic-related staff workload, reduce stress, improve efficiency, Information Technology and automation of student attendance management, this paper designs and implements REID-based student attendance system, in the system GSM will be included and then the number of absences will be send to the student by SMS, in order to supervise and alert student attendance.
