复方浙贝虎杖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方浙贝虎杖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病(DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法将127例2型DM合并NAFLD患者随机分为治疗组(复方浙贝虎杖颗粒)67例和对照组(血脂康)60例,治疗6月,观察两组治疗前后血糖、血脂、肝功、血液流变学及B超的变化。结果治疗组总有效率89.55%,对照组总有效率75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组中有59.70%的患者超声影像学恢复正常,与对照组(36.67%)相比(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后各项指标均较前明显改善(P<0.01),与对照组相比(P<0.01);且副作用少。结论复方浙贝虎杖颗粒治疗2型DM合并NAFLD安全、有效。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of Compound granule of Thunbery Fritillary Bulb and Polygonum cuspidatum in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus （I）M） patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. [ Methods ] 127 cases of type 2 DM with NAFLD patients were randomly divide into two groups： 67 in treatment group （Compound granule of Thunbery Fritillary Bulb and Polygonum cuspidatum） and 60 in control group （Xuezhikang）. The change in blood glucose, blood lipids, liver function, blood rheology and B ultrasound before and after treatment were observe in the two groups after 6 months of treatment. [ Resluts ] The total effective rate in treatment group was 89.55%, and 75% in control group （P〈0.OS）.Uhrasound changes recovered to normal in 59.70% patients of treatment group, whereas it was 36.67% in control group （P〈0.01）. In treatment group, all the index were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.01）, and the changes were more obvious than those in the control group （P〈 0.01） with fewer side effects. [ Conclusion ] Compound granule of Thunbery Fritillary Bulb and Polygonum cuspidatum was effective and safe in the treatment of type 2 DM with NAFLD.
