美喘清治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察美喘清治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法将70例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为对照组(舒利迭)和治疗组(美喘清片)各35例,均连续治疗2周后观察临床疗效及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数含量的变化。结果对照组临床治愈22例,总有效率85.71%;治疗组临床治愈30例,总有效率100.00%。2组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。同组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数治疗前后比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论美喘清能有效治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘,安全有效且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Meptin in treating pediatric cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods 70 cases of CVA were randomly divided into control group （ Seretide ） and treatment group （ Meptin tablets ） , 35 cases each, treated continuously for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical curative effect of 2 groups and peripheral blood eosinophil count content were compared. Results In the control group, 22 cases were clinically cured, with a total efficiency of 85.71% ; 30 cases in treatment group were clinically cured, with a total efficiency of 100.00%. The difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance { P〈0.05 ）. In the same group of peripheral blood eosinophils eosinophil count before and after treatment, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05） ; after treatment, peripheral blood eosinophil count in treatment group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Meptin tablet is effective in treating pediatric cough variant asthma safely with no adverse reaction, worthy of clinical application.
