音乐疗法在缓解脑瘫患儿艾灸治疗时紧张情绪的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐疗法在脑瘫患儿康复治疗时的作用。方法在艾灸治疗时根据脑瘫的不同分型给患儿播放不同的音乐。结果观察组患儿治疗配合程度达100%,完全配合程度达70%,与对照组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01),音乐疗法对脑瘫患儿的身心护理,有稳定患儿情绪、增加安全感、稳定肢体活动等作用。结论音乐疗法在脑瘫患儿康复治疗时,能有效提高患儿对治疗的依从性和配合程度。Objective To explore the effect of music therapy on the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods In the moxibustion therapy, different music was played to children with different types of cerebral palsy. Results Observation group were treated with 100% cooperation, 70% complete cooperation. Compared with the control group, there was statistical difference （P〈0.01） , music therapy for mental nursing children with cerebral palsy could maintain stable mood, increase sense of security, and stabilize physical activities. Conclusion Music therapy in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve the compliance and co- operation of the patients.
