中药口服加捏脊治疗小儿遗尿40例

摘　　要：目的探析中药口服加捏脊对小儿遗尿的治疗效果及药学机制。方法选取2004年1月至2011年12月就诊的80例患儿,随机分为2组。治疗组40例给予中药口服加捏脊治疗,对照组40例给予西药丙咪嗪。结果治疗组显效28例,有效9例,部分有效1例,总有效率为95.00%;对照组显效19例,有效10例,部分有效1例,总有效率为75.00%。2组显效率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中药口服加捏脊治疗小儿遗尿是一种相对安全、经济且疗效满意的治疗方法。Objective Therapeutic effect and mechanism of pharmacy of oral traditional Chinese medicine and chiropractic therapy on infantile enuresis was analyzed. Methods 80 cases of patients from 2004 January to 2011 December were evenly randomized into treatment group treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine and chiroprac- tic therapy, and control group was given enuresis medicine. Results In the treatment group, 28 cases were re- markably effective, 9 cases, effective 1 case partially effective, with a total effective rate 95% ; in the control group, 19 case were remarkably effective, 10 cases effective, 1 case partially effective, with a total effective rate of 75%. In remarkable effective rate and total effective rate, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral traditional Chinese medicine and chiropractic treatment of infantile enuresis is relatively safe, e- conomic and effective with satisfaction.
