寻租分析范式起源、演变及其在中国的误用——对相关文献文本的语源和语义考察

摘　　要：对租金的分析是研究经济绩效动力的基础。租金概念不断衍生变化,国内外文献对基于租金的衍生概念的使用有诸多歧义,引起了对重要经济问题研究的误区。由于国内学者在对这一西方学说的引介中缺少对语义语源的准确考证且英文文献本身对之缺乏明确界定,致使关于租金的很多研究有不恰当甚至错误之处。本文对租金分析范式尤其是寻租分析范式的演变做了知识考古式的文献梳理和术语衍生考证,对国内关于租金研究中对西方文献使用的不恰当之处做了述评,以期准确理解和评价经济转型中的激励问题。Analysis on rent is the basis for researching driving force of economic periormance. With the continuous evolution of rent＇s concept, there has been too much ambiguities about the use of evolved concepts of rent by domestic and foreign literatures. It causes the mis-understanding of important economic issues research. Due to the shortage of accurate verifications about etymology and semantics in the introductions of western literatures of rent by domestic scholars, English liter- atures also have no accurate definition about it. Therefore, there are some mistakes about the re- search of rent. In this paper, I make archaeological and textual researches and terms verifications of rent analysis paradigm, especially the evolution of rent-seeking analysis paradigm. And also make a review on the inaccurate uses of western literature in China, and in order to make a correct under- standing and evaluation about encouragement issues of economic transition.
