摘  要:目的研究应用骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗脑卒中后遗症的疗效。方法 35例脑卒中后遗症患者被随机分入移植组和对照组,其中移植组每位患者接受3次静脉注射骨髓间充质干细胞,并分别于移植前及移植后3个月进行运动功能评定(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)。对照组不给予任何手术及药物干预治疗,并分别于就诊时及自然观察3个月后进行运动功能评定(FMA)。结果 FMA结果表明,干细胞治疗组患者移植后3个月的上肢运动、下肢运动、感觉、平衡功能均较前改善(P<0.05);而对照组3个月后的各项评定均无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论骨髓间充质干细胞移植可以显著改善脑卒中后遗症患者的多项神经功能,从而提高患者生活质量。[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical treatment effect ot bone marrow mesenclaymat stem ceu transplamauon on patients with sequelae of stroke. [ Methods ] 35 patients with sequelae of stroke were randomly recruited into the stem cell treatment group and the control group. Patients in the stem cell treatment group underwent 3 stem cell transplantations via intravenous injection. All patients in this group were also evaluated using the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) before and 3 months after the stem cell transplantation. The patients in the control group did not receive any medical treatment (neither surgery nor medical intervention), and their FMA scores were determined on the day of a clinical visit and 3 months after that clinical observation. [ Resluts ] The FMA results demonstrated that the upper extremity motor subscore, lower extremity motor subscore, sensation subscore and balance subscore were improved in the stem cell transplantation group at 3 months after the transplantation (P〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation can improve neurological functions and thus the quality of life of patients with sequelae of stroke.
