保列治联合哈乐治疗老年良性前列腺增生的疗效观察分析

摘　　要：目的探究并分析保列治联合哈乐治疗老年良性前列腺增生的疗效情况。方法随机选取我院2010年6月-2012年11月收治的前列腺增生男性患者250例,随机分为治疗组与对照组均为125人,治疗组患者采取保列哈乐进行治疗,对照组患者仅使用保列治进行治疗,在治疗后观察评价指标的改变情况。结果 Qmax、前列腺体积、残余尿量两组患者有所好转,治疗组患者改善较对照组患者明显,显效患者与无效患者均有明显差异,显效患者治疗组93例(74.40%)较对照组58例(46.40%)多(P<0.05)。结论对老年良性前列腺增生患者采取保列治联合哈乐的治疗方法疗效确切。[ Objective ] To explore and analyze the efficacy of finasteride combined tamsulosin in treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. [ Methods ] In our hospital from 2010 2012 to November for 06 months to 250 cases of outpatient, the clinical research object, according to the wishes of patients were divided into treatment group and control group were 125, the patients in the treatment group take finasteride HA Le treatment, the patients in control group only use the treatment, observe the change of condition evaluation index of the patients in the two groups before and after treatment. [ Results ] The index of Qmax, prostate volume, residual urine volume of two patients improved, but the treatment group than in control group significantly improved in patients with patients, with invalid differ between patients were markedly effective, 93 cases of patients in the treatment group （74.40%） than in the control group （58 cases 46.40%） multiple （P〈0.05）I Conclusion ] In elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia take Proscar and Hamal therapeutic method is exact.
