摘　　要：监护人做出损害被监护人生命权的决定，在法律上是无效的。对监护人遗弃婴儿的行为，医院依法不能接受其委托或予以配合协助，否则将构成共同违法。The incident of selling babies in Fuping County Maternal and Children Care Center relects that healthcare facilities should enhance their compliance to health regulations and laws,and patients and their families should learn more about how to protect their human rights.The only way to avoid such illegal incidents is to stick to the laws and regulations,and to throw away the irrational medical habits which have conlicts with the laws and regulations.
