异质型外包的生产率效应

摘　　要：异质型外包对一国参与国际分工生产效率的提高产生了重要的影响。本文结合外包形式的多元化发展现状,分析了不同途径的外包方式和承接不同生产工序的外包环节对生产率的作用,结果发现:承接外包对生产率的影响要大于对外发包,材料外包对生产率的提升作用要显著大于服务外包,承接加工品与资本品生产工序的外包对生产率的影响要明显大于承接初级品与零部件工序环节的外包,在融入全球化外商投资的溢出传递效应时,承接不同生产工序环节的制造业外包对生产率的整体提升效果仍为正向促进作用。本文最后提出了有关发展异质型外包的差异化策略建议。Heterogeneous outsourcing has important impact on the productivity of international participating countries.According to the development situation of outsourcing styles,this paper analyzes the effect of different off-shoring styles and different process stage outsourcing on productivity.We find the effect of undertaking outsourcing on productivity is larger than the effect with external outsourcing,the effect of material outsourcing on productivity is larger than the effect with service outsourcing,the effect of undertaking outsourcing from processed goods and capital goods stage on productivity is larger than the effect with primary goods and parts,with consideration on spillover effect of global foreign investment,the promotion effect of undertaking outsourcing from different manufacturing production stage on productivity is still significantly positive.This paper lastly gives different proposals about developing heterogeneous outsourcing.
