基于制度视角的企业国际化速度对绩效的影响研究:来自中国上市公司的经验分析

摘　　要：本文运用2006～2011年中国制造业上市公司的面板数据,实证检验了国际化速度对企业绩效的影响以及制度因素(政府参与、外资参与和企业所属关系)对二者关系的一次调节作用;还验证了地区市场化程度对制度因素的二次调节作用。实证结果表明,国际化速度与企业绩效之间呈U型曲线关系;未考虑地区市场化程度的影响时,政府参与和外资参与对二者关系具有显著的正向调节作用,企业隶属关系不显著;考虑地区市场化程度的影响时,一方面,它削弱了政府参与、企业隶属关系对企业绩效的调节作用,另一方面,对外资参与和企业绩效关系的二次调节作用则不显著。根据实证结果,本文认为,尽管与传统发达经济体企业的渐进式国际化模式不同,但中国企业可以通过外资参与以及政府支持实现国际化,不断积累国际化经验,跨过"后来者劣势"门槛后,再以较快的速度进行国际化。This paper studies the relations between international expansion speed and corporate performances,the moderating impacts of institutional factors（government involvement,foreign involvement and government affiliation level） on the two,and the Secondary regulation of the degree of regional marketization on institutional factors,by using the panel data of Chinese manufacturing listed enterprises in the six years of 2006—2011.The empirical results show the U-shaped curve relationship between international expansion speed and corporate performances.When considering the degree of regional marketization,the impacts of government involvement and foreign involvement are insignificant;without considering the influence of the degree of regional marketization,their moderating impacts are positive.Based on the empirical results,although different from the traditional developed economies progressive international enterprise mode,Chinese enterprises can realize rapid internationalization by foreign involvement and government support.After crossing the threshold of ＂latecomer disadvantage＂,Chinese enterprises can internationalize faster.
