摘 要:基于多碟式太阳能聚光器,设计开发Al—si合金的相变储热锅炉,并进行了试验。对锅炉储热过程的压力、蒸汽温度及Al—si合金相变过程的温度变化测试结果表明,在8:00~14:30,太阳平均直射辐射强度不足550W/m^2的条件下,相变温度为577oC的铝硅合金在高温储热过程中能充分加热锅炉中的水介质.产生250℃的饱和蒸汽及400℃的过热蒸汽,蒸汽压力达到3.5MPa。Basing on multi-dish solar concentrator, a heat storage boiler that uses Al-Si alloy as phase change materiel to store heat is designed and tested. During heat accumulating in boiler, the internal pressure, steam temperature and the temperature change of aluminum silicon alloy in phase transforming have been measured. The results show that from 8:00 to 14:30 and solar perpendicular incidence intensity less than 550 W/m2, water as medium has been fully heated during the process of heat storage in aluminum silicon with phase transition temperature of 577 ℃ for about 400 minutes. This process produced saturated vapor of 250℃, superheated steam of 400 ℃ and the vapor pressure up to 3.5 MPa.
