摘  要:利用作者所在课题组最新研发的某风力机新翼型,基于Wilson法,通过MATLAB编写的叶片设计计算程序获得了某300 W小型水平轴风力机新翼型叶片的相关数据,并制做了实体叶片。通过气动性能试验,验证了程序的可靠性。为进一步比较在相同设计条件下,新翼型叶片在气动性能方面的先进性,以NACA4415为设计翼型进行了叶片的设计计算,并制作了相应的翼型叶片。通过气动性能试验,验证了新翼型叶片的气动性能优于NACA4415翼型叶片。The 300 W small horizontal axis wind turbine blades with new airfoil were designed and calculated based on the Wilson method by a program which was compiled by MATLAB and the entity blades were made based on the shape data of new airfoil. The reliability of the program was verified by the aerodynamic performance test. At the same time,the blades of NACA4415 airfoil were calculated and manufactured in order to verify the aerodynamics advancement of the new airfoil blades in the same design conditions. The test results show that aerodynamic performance of the new airfoil blade was well beyond that of NACA4415 airfoil blade.
