摘  要:将不同质量分数(1%,6%,11%,16%和21%)的丙二醇添加到生物油中,对各组生物油存储过程中的理化指标、红外光谱及气相色谱质谱联用进行分析。理化指标结果表明,随着丙二醇质量分数的增大,各丙二醇组生物油最终pH值比空白组分别提高1.64%,3.93%,5.90%,8.85%和12.13%;最终含水率分别降低9.37%,18.80%,23.72%,27.18%和31.51%;最终运动黏度分别降低7.95%,24.27%,37.56%,45.46%和49.87%。红外光谱结果表明,生物油中醇类、酚类以及醛或酮的含量较高,添加丙二醇会影响生物油内部成分和结构。气相色谱质谱联用分析表明,添加丙二醇生物油内部分化合物种类及含量发生了改变,有机酸含量下降。Abstruct: Propylene glycol of different mass fractions (1%, 6%, 11%, 16% and 21%) were added to the bio-oil. The physical and chemical indexes, FTIR and GC-MS of each group during stored procedure were investigated. The physical and chemical indexes showed that with the increasing mass fraction of propylene glycol, the final pH value was improved 1.64%,3.93%,5.90%,8.85% and 12.13%, the final water content was decreased 9.37%, 18.80%,23.72%,27.18% and 31.51% and the final kinematic viscosity was decreased 7.95% ,24.27% ,37.56% ,45.46% and 49.87% contrast blank group, respectively. FFIR illustrated that the contents of alcohols, phenols, aldehyde and ketone in bio-oil were higher, the composition and structure of the bio-oil would be influenced by the propylene glycol. GC-MS indicated that the variety and content of parts of the compounds were changed by the propylene glycol. It also manifested that some organic acids were decreased.
