摘  要:采用聚(邻氯苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)强酸性阳离子交换树脂间歇催化丁烯水合反应,考察了水烯比、反应时间、反应温度、反应压力等因素对仲丁醇收率的影响,并用STATISTIC统计软件对实验计算优化,得到最佳工艺条件为:水烯比4.4、反应时间8.2h、催化剂用量占反应物总量的4.7%、反应压力5.5MPa、反应温度169℃,仲丁醇的计算收率为6.91%,与验证实验的结果基本一致。Hydration reaction of butene was intermiuently catalyzed by poly(o-chlorostyrene- divinylbenzene) strong acidic cation exchange resin. The factors, such as water-butene ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and so on, which influenced the yield of sec-butyl alcohol were investigated. Furthermore, the optimum technological conditions were determined by STATISTIC statistical software mid the calculation results indicated that the optimum technological conditions were as follows: watcr-butene ratio was 4.4, reaction time was 8.2h, amount of catalyst was 4.7%, reaction temperature was 169~C, and reaction pressure was 5.5MPa. Under these conditions, the yield of sec-butyl alcohol was 6.91%, and it was consistent with the results of orthogonal experiments.
