摘 要:建立了大体积混凝土通水冷却智能温度控制方法与系统,对防止混凝土坝施工期混凝土开裂,建设无缝大坝具有重要意义。其主要特点包括:在新浇筑大体积混凝土中安装数字温度传感器实时测量混凝土温度;在浇筑仓进出水管上安装一体流温控制装置,实现远程实时、在线复杂通水信息的自动采集与反馈控制,根据能量守恒和传热学的傅里叶定律确定实时通水流量。混凝土在冷却过程中遵循3个基本智能控温原则:最高温度控制,温度变化率协调控制与异常温度控制。由控制平台系统实现基于时间温度曲线、对大体积混凝土进行个性化PID智能控制,从而降低混凝土拉应力,达到浇筑无缝大坝目的。本控制方法和系统已应用在溪洛渡特高拱坝建设中。An intelligent cooling method is proposed to control temperature change of mass concrete with re- al-time, online and individuation. It is significant also for engineering and academic study on preventing the concrete dam from cracking during the construction period. The intelligent cooling method has the follow- ing main features: (a) the digital temperature sensors are installed in a new pouring mass concrete for monitoring real-time temperature change; (b) a controlling device is installed in the inlet and outlet of cooling pipe, and an average reduction of concrete temperature is obtained on the basis of calculating the cooling temperature difference; and (e) according to the Fourier law and conservation of energy, the re- al-time water flow is determined for cooling. Three basic cooling control principals should be followed dur- ing the cooling process:the highest temperature control, temperature change rate coordinated control, and abnormal temperature control. The intelligent cooling control is carried out by software platform system based on temperature control curve, which try to reduce tensile stress for winning a non-cracking concrete dam. The proposed cooling control method and system were successfully used to guide the temperature con- trolling of Xiluodu arch dam under construction process. The proposed novel method will be beneficial to the design and construction of the similar projects for controlling thermal stress of mass concrete.
