摘　　要：总结了35例小儿颅内压增高早期临床表现的观察和护理。通过严密观察意识状态的改变、生命体征的变化、瞳孔和前囟变化等颅内压增高的临床表现,及时采取积极有效的治疗护理措施,本组32例患儿治愈出院,2例好转出院,1例放弃治疗。This paper summarizes early clinical symptoms observation and nursing care for 35 children with intracranial hypertension. Effective nursing interventions were implemented timely by monitoring clinical symptoms of increased intracranial pressure,including changes in consciousness level, vital signs, pupil and bregma. As a result, 32 children were cured,2 children were improved and one gave up further treatment.
