盐城市不同养老模式下高龄老年人生活质量及护理需求研究

摘　　要：目的了解不同养老模式下高龄老年人的生活质量和护理需求。方法采用中文版简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)和自行编制的调查表,对盐城市家庭、机构和社区养老的≥80岁老年人的生活质量和护理需求进行调查。结果不同养老模式下高龄老年人的生活质量和护理需求具有差异性,且有统计学意义,不同养老模式的生活质量和护理需求呈负相关。结论不同养老模式下高龄老年人生活质量和护理需求不同,需针对性地满足高龄老年人的护理需求,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the quality of life and health services needs among the older adults aged over 80. Methods Totally 655 older adults aged over 80 lived in their own homes, institutions and community health centers were investigated with Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire（SF-36） and a self-designed questionnaire about their health services needs. Results There were significant differences in the quality of life and health services needs among the oldest-old in different endowment patterns（P〈O.01 ）. The score of quality of life was negatively correlated with the score of health services needs. Conclusion The quality of life and health services needs are different among the oldest-old in different endowment patterns. The provision of nursing care should be tailored to each endowment pattern in order to improve the quality of life for the oldest-old.
