摘　　要：公务员薪酬作为公务员经济收入的主要来源,它既可以影响到公务员的廉洁奉公和积极性的调动以及政府工作效率,也可以在全社会分配中起着示范和导向作用。但在公务员薪酬水平变动过程中,"公务员薪酬乱象"层出不穷。本文分析了"公务员薪酬乱象"产生的原因,并在此基础上提出治理"公务员薪酬乱象"的对策和建议。Civil servant civil service pay as the main source of income of economy,it not only can affect the integrity of civil ser- vants and to mobilize the enthusiasm of the government as well as in the improvement of work efficiency,also can be in whole so- ciety distribution plays an exemplary and leading role. But in the official salary level changes in the process, ＂the chaos of civil service pay＂ emerges in an endless stream.This paper analyzes the ＂the chaos of civil service pay＂ the reason of generation, put forward on this foundation management＂ the chaos of civil service pay＂ countermeasure proposal.
