摘　　要：文章尝试采用系统动力学思想和方法,以城乡关系为视角,农村社会经济系统为主体,分析农村劳动力转移系统构成及系统内部反馈结构与其动态行为,揭示西北地区农村劳动力转移能力的动力机制,并构建了西北地区农村劳动力转移能力模型,对模型变量和参数的确定给予初步分析,为进一步政策模拟和制定提供科学依据。This paper attempts to use system dynamics ideas and methods, in the perspective of relationship between urban and rural areas and as the main body of the rural socioeconomic system, to analyze the system structure ,internal feed - back and dynamic behavior of the transfer ability to the Rural labors in the Northwest of china, and reveal the dynamic mechanism and established the systematic dynamics model as well , given a preliminary analysis in the parameters and varieties, so as to provide the scientific evidence for the further policy simulation and setting.
