美国国债负担率高企对经济的影响及对策

摘　　要：美国国债负担率高企,既影响世界经济也影响中国经济:国际经济复苏的进程缓慢,通货膨胀压力与债务扩张如影随形;深深融入国际经济的中国经济,难以独善其身,经济增速可能放缓,通货膨胀会反弹。应对美国国债负担率高企对经济的影响,需要三管齐下创新经济政策:一是财政政策从"以资为本"转向"以民为本";二是自主的货币政策;三是恢复发展资本市场,以建立扩大消费需求的长效机制扩大内需,促进经济持续稳定地增长。Both global economy and China＇s economy are affected by US＇s high national debt ratio, that is, global economy revives slowly and is closely flowed by inflation and debts expending, and for deeply integrated into the global economy, Chi- na＇ s economy is facing slower growth and redounding inflation. To deal with the impact on economy of US＇ s high national debt ratio, it need to apply three-pronged innovative economic policy. Firstly, turn the financial policy from capital-oriented into people-oriented, Secondly, take autonomous monetary policy, Thirdly, revive the development of capital market and ex- pand domestic demand by establishing a long-term effective consumption mechanism to facilitate the sustainable and stable eco- nomic growth.
