摘 要:本试验以3头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管荷斯坦奶牛为试验动物,采用单因子试验设计,利用体外培养法研究常用粗料来源(稻草、玉米秸、羊草、苜蓿)对瘤胃发酵和微生物蛋白浓度的影响。结果表明:苜蓿组24 h产气量和有机物消化率显著高于其他组(P<0.05);各处理对瘤胃pH影响不显著(P>0.05);玉米秸秆组瘤胃氨态氮浓度显著高于其他组(P<0.05);羊草苜蓿组总挥发性脂肪酸产量显著高于稻草组(P<0.05),玉米秸组总挥发性脂肪酸中乙酸含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05);苜蓿组48 h微生物蛋白产量显著高于稻草组和玉米秸组(P<0.05),其他组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,苜蓿可促进瘤胃发酵和养分的消化,并促进微生物蛋白的合成。Three ruminally cannulated Chinese Holstein cows were selected to investigate the effects of forage source (rice straw, corn stover, Chinese wildrye grass, and alfalfa hay) on rumen fermentation and microbial protein synthesis in vitro. The total gas production and organic digestion of alfalfa hay was significantly higher than that of other groups (P〈0.05). Rumen pH were not different among the treatments (P〉0.05). Compare with other groups, corn stovetr had higher acetate ration in VFA (P〈0.05). Yield of microbial protein at 48 h for alfalfa hay was significant higher (P〈0.05) than rice straw and corn stover, with no difference among other groups (P〉0.05). The results indicated that alfalfa hay improved rumen fermentation, increased the gas production and organic digestibility, benefit for nutritive material digestibility. Increased the content of microbial protein, thus benefit for milk protein synthesis.
