新型透明阻燃ABS材料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：采用MBS型增韧剂(EM500)为基材,加入双酚A双(二苯基)磷酸酯(BDP)和三(三-溴苯基)氰尿酸酯(FR-245)熔融共混制备出溴-磷阻燃剂含量为80%的溴-磷阻燃剂母粒。以此母粒和透明ABS树脂(TE-10S)熔融共混制备出新型透明阻燃ABS材料。通过氧指数(OI)、水平垂直燃烧(UL 94)、锥形量热仪和光度雾度仪测试研究了该透明阻燃ABS材料的阻燃性能和透明性。结果表明:当BDP:FR-245=2:8(质量比),母粒含量为12.5%时,体系的OI达到25%,UL 94达到V-2级;透明性保持率达到84%;母粒含量为25%时,体系的OI达到30%,UL 94达到V-0级,透明性保持率达到50%,同时材料具有优异的力学性能和加工性。With flexibilizer MBS （EM500） as subtstrate resins, by adding bisphenol A bis（diphenyl phosphate）（BDP） and 2,4,6-Tris-（2,4,6-tribromophenoxy）-l,3,5-triazine （FR-245） as flame retardant, Br-P flame retardant masterbatch which containing 80% of Br-P flame retardant was prepared. The transparent and flame retardant ABS material were prepared with flame retardant masterbatch and ABS resin（TE-10S）. The mechanical properties and transparency of transparent and flame retardant ABS material were investigated by oxygen index （OI）, horizontal vertical combustion （UL 94）, cone calorimerter and photometric haze meter test. The results show that： when the mass ratio of BDP：FR-245 is 2：8, the masterbatch content is 12.5%, the OI value of the transparent and flame retardant ABS is 25%, and UL 94 reaches to V-2 rate and its transparency rate is 80%; When the transparent and flame retardant ABS content is 25%, the OI value is 30%, and UL 94 reaches to V-0 rate and its transparency rate is 50%. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties and processability of the transparent and flame retardant ABS material are excellent.
