摘 要:依据大量、长系列的相关监测和调查数据,利用数理统计法量化分析了河南省40年来降雨、地表径流、出入境水、地下水动态演变规律和趋势、水质变因和各行业用水过程、用水环境的变化,解析了水环境变化的原因是大幅度增长的农业、工业和城乡居民生活用水,挤压了河道湖泊的生态用水;过量的化肥、农药使用污染了土壤,不达标的工业企业和农副产品加工业、畜牧养殖业废污水排放是地表水和浅层地下水污染、恶化水环境的主要因素。最后提出了水环境整治建议。On the basis of massive and long series of monitoring and investigating data, rainfall, overland runoff, the entry and exit quantity of local water, dynamic evolution and trend of the groundwater, the variation characteristics of water quality, the water consumption of all industries and the change of water environment in recent 40 years of Henan Province are quantitatively analyzed by mathematical statistics methods. The significant growth in agriculture, industry, urban and rural residents living water has occupied the ecological water of river and lake, and this is the main causes of the change of the water environment. Overusing of chemical fertilizer and pesticide has polluted soil. The substandard waste water discharged by industrial enterprises and agricultural and sideline products processing industry and the animal husbandry and aquaculture are the main influence factors on the surface water and shallow groundwater pollution and water environment deterioration. In the end, this thesis puts forward a suggestion aiming at the improvement of water environment.
