摘　　要：目的:探讨抗肿瘤药致药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,为加强药品安全监测、指导临床合理用药提供参考和依据。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,将2008-2012年重庆市ADR监测中心收集的抗肿瘤药致ADR报告818例,按患者性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现、ADR类型等进行统计、分析。结果:818例ADR报告中,以60岁以上的老年患者ADR发生率较高(29.83%);以静脉给药引发的ADR最多(77.26%);ADR发生率较高的抗肿瘤药主要集中在金属铂类(21.94%)、植物来源类(20.94%)及其他辅助类(28.36%);抗肿瘤药ADR主要临床表现为消化系统症状、皮肤及其附件损害和全身症状;严重的ADR(包括新的严重的)有51例(6.23%);三级医院为上报主体,上报323例(40.53%)。结论:临床应重视抗肿瘤药ADR监测工作,做好相应的预防和处理,以减少ADR的发生,保证用药安全、有效。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the characteristics and regularity of ADR induced by antineoplastic drugs,and to provide reference for drug safety monitoring and rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS：By retrospective study,818 cases of ADR induced by antineolastic drugs collected by Chongqing ADR Monitoring Center from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed statistically in terms of gender,age,route of administration,types of drugs,organs or system involved in ADR,clinical manifestation and types of ADR,etc.RESULTS：Among 818 ADR reports,the incidence of ADR was highest in the elderly patients aged 60 year-old above（29.83%）.The majority of ADRs were caused by intravenous injection（77.26%）.In addition,the ADRs were mostly caused by platinum drugs（21.94%）,plant-derived drugs（20.94%）and other adjuvant drugs（28.36%）.The major clinical manifestations were digestive system symptoms,lesion of skin and its appendants and general symptoms.There were 51 cases of severe ADRs（including new and severe ADRs）,accounting for 6.23%;the third-grade medical institutions were the main reporters,which reported 323 cases（40.53%）.CONCLUSIONS：Great importance should be attached to antineoplastic drugs-inducing ADRs monitoring,prevention and treatments for ADR in order to decrease the ADRs and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use.
