青霉素皮试时间与阳性率的关系分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨青霉素皮试阳性率与皮试时间的关系。方法:回顾性调查该院2011年7月-2012年6月门诊青霉素皮试记录,从0:00开始,以4 h为一个时间段,按时间段分别记录不同性别和年龄皮试人数和皮试阳性人数,比较不同时间段皮试阳性率。结果:共调查43 773人次,皮试总阳性率为7.87%,阳性高峰在0:00-3:59(10.77%,P<0.05)。男性和15岁以下人群皮试阳性高峰与整体人群一致;女性则在20:00-23:59和0:00-3:59呈现皮试阳性的最高峰,分别为9.98%和9.72%。>15岁组较≤15岁组阳性发生率低(5.80%vs.8.46%,P<0.05),且高峰明显降低(8.60%vs.12.01%,P<0.01);15岁以上人群在16:00-19:59有另一个阳性高峰。结论:青霉素皮试阳性与皮试的时间有关,性别和年龄对皮试阳性的发生也有影响。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the relationship between the positive results of penicillin and the time of skin test.METHODS：The records of penicillin skin tests were investigated in outpatient partment of our hospital from Jul.2011 to Jun.2012.The number of penicillin skin tests and the positive results in different gender and age groups were counted according to the time of skin test.And the positive rates of penicillin skin test were compared among different periods.RESULTS：43 773 patients were investigated.The total positive rate of skin test was 7.87% and the peak appeared at 0：00-3：59（10.77%,P0.05）.The peak of male and people under 15 year-old were consistent with that of overall population.But the peak of female was at 20：00-23：59 and 0：00-3：59（9.98%,9.72%）.The positive rate of skin test in 15 year-old group was lower than in ≤15 year-old group（5.80% vs.8.46%,P0.05）and the peak decreased significantly（8.60% vs.12.01%,P0.01）.There was another positive peak for 15 year-old people at 16：00-19：59.CONCLUSIONS：The positive rate of penicillin skin test is related to the time of skin test.It is also affected by gender and age.
