摘　　要：档案信息资源建设要想面向社会且取得有实质性的效果,除了现代化技术的运用外,管理的规范与先进、资源建设的多元化以及服务对象与方式的合理定位,是形成一套科学且适用的实现机制主要因素。In order to face the society and to get the substantial effect, the construction of archival in- formation resources, should be to use the modern technology. The regulatory and advanced management, the diversified resources construction, the reasonable positioning service object and mode are the main factors to form a set of scientific and applicable realization mechanism.
