摘 要:为研究微网支持下的可自愈智能配网故障及自愈过程中操作过电压特征,基于智能配网发生短路故障后自动网络重构方案,在PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建了含典型微电源的微网单元模型与含微网单元的配电网系统模型,对在系统不同位置发生5种常见短路故障后故障瞬间及自愈过程中系统各处的过电压特征进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明,最大过电压值高达3.40pu,可能威胁绝缘安全,需加装保护装置;对于电网最常见的单相接地故障,系统不同监测位置发生故障后最大操作过电压大致范围为2.3~2.7pu,可为实际含微网的智能配网的绝缘配合提供参考。To research the faults, which is capable of self-healing, .occurred in smart distribution network containing microgrid and the characteristics of switching overvoltage during the fault self-healing process, based on the automatic network reconfiguration scheme after the short-circuit fault occurred in smart distribution network a microgrid unit model containing typical microsources and a distribution network system model containing microgrid unit are constructed on the platform of PSCAD/EMTDC to simulate the features of overvoltages throughout the system at the occurrence moments of five common short-circuit faults and during the post-fault self-healing process. Simulation results show that the maximum overvoltage reaches about 3.40 per-unit value and endangers the insulation, so that the protection devices are needed; as for most common single-phase earth fault occurred in distribution network, when the fault occurred at different monitoring positions the maximum overvoltage is approximately within the range from 2.3 to 2.7 per-unit value, which is available for reference to the insulation coordination of actual smart distribution network containing microgrid.
