摘  要:针对谐振接地系统现有中性点位移电压抑制方法的不足,提出电网正常运行时脱谐度和阻尼率的最优控制条件。为实现零序电压的精确跟踪控制,分析随调式消弧线圈不同脱谐度和预调式消弧线圈不同阻尼率下的零序电压轨迹。根据电网绝缘参数和当前消弧线圈支路阻抗下的零序电压值,可计算出限制中性点位移电压的精确控制条件,包括随调式消弧线圈过(欠)补偿的精确电感值和预调式消弧线圈并联的精确电导值。仿真试验验证了所提方法的有效性。To remedy the defect of existing resonant earthed system in suppressing neutral displacement voltage, the optimal control condition for the degree of deviating-from-resonance and the damping ratio under normal operation of power grid are proposed. To implement accuracy tracking and control of zero-sequence voltage, the locus of zero-sequence voltage under different degree of deviating-from-resonance of immediately adjusted arc suppression coil and that under different damping ratio of preset arc suppression coil are analyzed. According to insulation parameters of power grid and zero-sequence voltage value under present impedance of arc-suppression coil branch, the accurate control condition to suppress neutral displacement voltage can be calculated, including the precise inductance value of over- or under-compensated immediately adjusted arc suppression coil and precise value of the conductance connected in parallel with preset arc suppression coil. The validity of the proposed method is validated by simulation experiments.
