摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证治疗基层应用情况,评价哮喘急性发作期中医辨证治疗疗效特点及优势。方法:采用自身前后对照,共3个分中心114例病例,分别应用中医辨证论证方案治疗,观察3组患者的中医症状积分、哮喘控制指标及肺功能、炎性指标。结论:经3家临床推广验证基地验证,本哮喘急性发作期中医辨证治疗方案比较契合临床实际,辨证类型准确,容易掌握,用药疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Abstract：Objective：To observe the traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation application and to evaluate the characteristics and advantages in treatment of acute asthma. Methods ： Using their own cross - references, a total of 114 cases in three branches were respectively given traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation,ob-serving TCM symptoms integral, asthma control indicators and lung function, and inflammatory index. Conclusion：It is proved that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation for acute asthma of is accurate, easy to master, and has defined curative effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
