摘 要:目的:观察四联干预疗法治疗脑损伤综合征患儿的临床疗效。方法:纳入符合诊断标准的脑损伤综合征患儿145例,运用四联干预疗法进行干预治疗,60天1个疗程,每干预治疗20天休息20天,干预前后分别进行Gesell神经运动发育评估(DQ)、粗大运动功能(GMFM)评估,观察患儿干预后智力测试、GMFM得分改善情况;以患儿干预介入时机分组进行协方差分析,探讨干预介入时机及患儿治疗前各项分值水平对患儿预后的影响。结果:干预治疗后Gesell智力测试5个能区、GMFM粗大运动功能A、B、C 3个能区得分在α=0.05水准上与治疗前相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后较治疗前各项得分均有提高;介入时机及治疗前Gesell发育量表DQ的社会适应、大运动、精细运动、语言各项得分对患儿预后均有影响。结论:四联干预疗法对脑损伤综合征患儿的神经运动发育有较好的促进作用,早期介入四联干预对预防患儿神经伤残有一定的临床价值。Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect of quadruple intervention therapy in the treatment of cerebral dam-age syndrome patients. Methods : 145 children conformed to the criteria of the diagnosis of brain damage syndrome were selected, u-sing quadruple intervention therapy intervention,60 days was a course, between each 20 days treatment course there was a rest for 20 days. After a period of treatment all the children had Gesell intelligence test and GMFM gross motor evaluation, observing the improvement of the situation after treatment and making covariance analysis according to the intervention of children age group, to discuss the effects of intervention time and the score before treatment on the prognosis of children. Results : After the intervention, the scores of five area in the Gesell intelligence test and three scores of GMFM compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05 ) at the level of α = 0.05, the scores were improved after quadruple intervention therapy. Intervention time and the scores of Gesell test can affect the prognosis of brain damage syndrome children. Conclusion :The quadruple intervention treatments on brain damage syndrome children have a good effect, and early intervention can improve the prognosis of children.
