益气补肾法治疗化疗所致白细胞减少症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气补肾法治疗化疗所致白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:将132例化疗患者随机分为两组,治疗组68例,化疗同时开始口服中药,观察2个疗程;对照组64例仅进行常规化疗,不服中药。结果:化疗后白细胞减少发生率治疗组为26.5%,对照组62.5%;总有效率治疗组为85.3%,对照组65.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾法治疗化疗所致白细胞减少症,疗效满意。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Bushen treatment of chemotherapy - induced neutropenia. Meth-ods：132 cases of chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 68 patients in treatment group were given chemotherapy oral medicine, observing for two courses ; the control group only received conventional chemotherapy. Results ： After chemotherapy, the neutropenia incidence of the treatment group was 26.5%, and it was 62.5 % in the control group. The total ef-fective rate in the treatment group was 85.3%, and it was 65.6% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Bushen treatment of chemotherapy - induced leucopenia has the satisfactory effect.
