“抑喘方”对痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能、C-反应蛋白的干预作用

摘　　要：目的:挖掘并应用经典中医针灸治疗方法,通过"抑喘方"针刺治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD),试探讨其作用机制,为寻求COPD新的治疗方案提供有价值的临床依据及思路。方法:采用随机对照、盲法原则,依据研究纳入标准,入组病例随机分为3组,即常规西药治疗基础上针刺A组(肺俞组),B组(支沟组),C组(抑喘方组);观察治疗前后3组患者肺功能、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及全身表现的变化等,评价该针法治疗COPD的临床疗效。结果:3组患者第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEVI/FVC%)均能较治疗前有所改善,值均P<0.05,治疗后组间比较,C组(抑喘方组)中相应指标改善更为明显,值均P<0.05;治疗后A组、B组、C组的CRP值均能较治疗前有所改善,值均P<0.05,治疗后组间比较,C组(抑喘方组)中相应指标改善更为明显,值均P<0.05。结论:"抑喘方"对COPD患者的肺功能、CRP有明显的改善作用,优于其他组;且选穴经专,患者易于接受,不降低临床疗效,从而拓展了中西医结合治疗COPD的新思路。Objective：According to mining and applying classical Chinese acupuncture treatment, this paper studied Yichuan- fang on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） and attempted to explore its mechanism of action. And then it pro-vided valuable clinical options and ideas in order to seek new treatment on COPD. Methods ： Using a randomized, blinded princi-ple, inclusion criteria was confirmed based on the study. Then patients in the group were randomly divided into three groups, inclu-ding on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment acupuncture Group A （ Group Feishu）, Group B （ Group Zhigou）, Group C （ Group Yichuanfang）. After that, it observed the lung function, C - reactive protein （ CRP）, and systemic manifestations changes, and evaluated the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture treatment of COPD. Results ： All the patients in the three groups FE-VI/FVC% and CRP levels were improved （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Compared with other two groups, both two aspects indexes of Group C （ Group Yichuanfang） were improved more significantly（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Compared with other two groups, Yichuanfang sig-nificantly improved the lung function and CRP of COPD patients. Furthermore, its advantages included the selecting of points by specifically, accepting for patients easily, not reducing the clinical efficacy. And consequently, it extended new ideas on integrative medicine treatment of COPD.
