摘　　要："神"是中医中特有的一个概念,《内经》中强调了"神"的重要性,有多句原文都旨在表明"治神"是针刺施治的基础和前提,在针刺中居于首要地位。在针灸过程中需要医者和患者保持思想专一清净,即在针刺前、针刺中、针刺后都要做到守神,才能达到最佳治疗效果。针刺时医者和患者能否保持思想专一清净,即能否守神是针刺治疗疾病能否取得良好疗效的关键因素之一。"用针之要,勿忘其神",针刺时医者和患者应在针刺操作全程都注意守神的重要性,针刺前、针刺时和针刺后任何一个阶段都不可松懈。Vitality is a unique concept in traditional Chinese medicine. The vitality is the most important in The Inner Clas-sic, and many sentences indicate treating vitality is the foundation and prior condition of doing acupuncture. In the process of acu-puncture,doctors and patients need keep single - minded clean to get the curative effect. When we do acupuncture, namely we need keeping vitality all the time. That doctors and patients can keep vitality is the one of the key factors of acupuncture. With a needle ,dont forget the vitality. When doing acupuncture ,doctors and patients should remember the importance of keeping vitality all the time.
