中医药防治增生性瘢痕的研究现状和思考

摘　　要：目前瘢痕形成的确切机制尚不清楚,临床上亦没有疗效可靠的治疗方法。现在主要以手术和西药治疗为主,但其副作用大,复发率高,效果不理想。近年来国内外学者做了大量中医中药防治增生性瘢痕的研究,取得了一定的进展,但仍然存在一些问题。文章针对目前中医药治疗增生性瘢痕的现状,提出相关问题和对策。At present, hypertrophic scarring mechanism and potential therapeutic methods remain unclear. The main methods of treatment are surgery and Western medicine;however,it is still not satisfied because of large side - effects and high recurrence rate. Though a huge array of researches have been conducted on hypertrophic scarring treated with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and have made the progress in some levels, there are still some problems. This study presents related suggestion and solu-tion according to the status of hypertrophic scarfing treated with TCM.
