摘 要:试验研究了来源于不同地区的15种小麦养分含量的差异及其肉仔鸡养分利用效率。试验结果表明:不同来源小麦常规养分含量存在较大差异,其中脂肪、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维变异度均在10%以上。肉仔鸡对不同来源小麦养分利用效率间存在显著差异,蛋白质表观利用率变异高达14.17%;干物质、总能回肠表观消化率和回肠表观消化能(IDE)变异度也均在10%以上;综合考虑各生产性能指标,3号(河北保定)和6号(河南鹤壁)小麦饲喂肉仔鸡效果最优,4号(河南鹤壁)、5号(河南鹤壁)和12号(江苏南通)小麦饲喂肉仔鸡效果最差。A total of 15 wheats samples were collected from different regions and the nutrient contents and nutrient utilization efficiency in broilers were determined.The results showed that :wide variation in wheats nutrition contents exist- ed,the variation coefficients of ether extract,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were over 10%.Significant differences were also observed in nutrient utilization efficiency of broilers, the variation coefficients of crude protein appar- ent utilization reached 14.17% ,and the variation coefficients of apparent ileal digestibility of dry matter and general ener-gy,IDE were also over 10%.Contrast comprehensively,the optimal feeding effect was observed in No.3 and No.6 wheat, while the worst feeding effect was obtained in No.4,No.5 and No.12 wheat diet group.
