摘　　要：介绍成都某超B级高层住宅楼的设计要点,该工程选用合理有效的抗侧力体系,并采用结构抗震性能设计方法 ,分析表明各项结果均满足规范要求,结构整体及构件的抗震性能均可达到预期的性能目标。Introduce several features of a super high-rise building design,it was selected reasonably effective lateral force resisting system,and seismic performance design,and then analysis results show that the relevant parameters of the project to meet the specifications, the whole structure and components of seismic performance can achieve the performance goals.
