摘　　要：通过对几个基坑施工问题处理实例的讨论分析,提出了解决的思路和方法,包括深厚淤泥层中支护结构局部整体滑移的基坑抢险加固措施;地下水位以下深厚中粗砂中预应力锚索成孔过程中减少涌水涌砂的措施;兼做地下室外墙的地下连续墙内倾露筋的原因分析及解决方法等,供设计和施工参考。This paper analyzes the common problems and corresponding solutions of few excavation examples.It includes the pit emergency reinforcement measures of supporting structure with local overall slip in deep silt layer;the measurement to reduce water and sand gushing during the anchor into the hole of the prestress that below the water table and deep in the sand;analysis and solution of the diaphragm wall of the basement wall that introversion exposed tendons,for reference.
