摘 要:针对现有电能质量相关系统间信息无法共享、功能无法交互且仅支持单一类型使用者等问题,研究并实现了基于云计算SaaS服务模式的电能质量统一信息平台。平台采用基于SOA的6层架构,将原有系统资源与新开发模块封装为组件,组成基本功能服务,并对服务进行配制或编排以完成电能质量信息管理业务。其中,在数据层采用基于XML与共享数据架构的扩展方案,在业务流程层实现了基于电能质量业务模板的业务流程定制。基于本文方案实现的四川电能质量统一信息平台,充分整合了现有资源并支持电能质量问题参与各方同时使用,促进了信息共享与友好互动。The existing power quality systems have the problems of supporting only a single type of users and the infor- mation could not be shared and the function could not interact between each other. Therefore, a power quality unified information platform based on cloud computing SaaS service model is proposed. The platform adopts the six-layer ar- chitecture based on SOA; the existing system resources and the newly developed module are packaged as components to constitute basic function services; the services are orchestrated or arranged to complete power quality information management. Among the layers, the database extension solution based on XML and shared data structure is adopted; in the business process layer the business process customization based on power quality business templates is imple mented. The Sichuan power quality unified information platform based on this solution fully integrates the available re sources, promotes information sharing and friendly interaction, and greatly supports all parties of power quality man agement.
