摘　　要：针对配电网特点,设计负荷转供辅助决策系统实现方案,基于转供路径搜索方法和专家系统分析负荷转供路径,从开关动作次数、网损、冲击电流、甩负荷、越限等指标建立经济性指标评估函数和安全性指标评估函数,通过经济安全性指标评估来判断负荷转供方案的可行性和风险性。According to the characteristics of the distribution network, the scheme of load transfer auxiliary decision- making system is designed. Based on the transfer path searching method and expert system, the load transfer path is analyzed. Economy and safety indicator evaluation function are formulated based on the indicators ： switching frequen cy, network loss, impact current, load rejection and threshold-crossing. Economy and safety index assessment are applied to evaluate the feasibility and risk of the load transfer scheme.
