摘　　要：基于资产全生命周期管理理论,结合电网企业软件资产管理实际,在软件资产管理扩展模型研究基础上,对软件资产全生命周期管理中的规划管理、成本管理、信息化管理等环节进行了有益的探索和实践。Based on the theory of life cycle asset management, as well as the expanded software asset management model, and combined with the practice of electric power enterprise software asset management, this paper makes beneficial exploration into the process of life cycle software asset management, including the management of plaoning, cost and information.
