摘  要:由于风力可用率与负荷呈负相关而风电电价与负荷呈正相关,导致风电的市场价值比其他发电技术的电价更低。为了缓解这一情况,提出通过使用储能设备,灵活控制风力发电量的售电时机,以提高风电电价,增加风力发电商收益。基于SFE模型建立了风力发电商使用储能设备的收益模型,并通过算例验证了储能设备能够显著提高风电电价,通过敏感性分析指出储能设备的效率对风力发电商的收益影响。The price of wind power is lower than other types of generation because the wind power availability ratio is decreased with the load increase while the wind power price increases with load increase. To mitigate this situation, energy storage is proposed through changing the selling time of wind power flexibly to raise the wind power price and increase wind power generator's profit. The profit model for wind power generator to applystorage is established based on SFE model. Calculation examples have verified the efficiency and rationality of the application of energy storage equipment in raising the wind power price. Finally the sensitivity analysis shows that wind power generator's profit is greatly affected by the efficiency of the storage.
