摘　　要：随着国民经济高速增长,电力也呈现高消费的态势。由于不同的产业呈现不同的电力消费特点,因此,需要根据经济调整中的产业结构变化,开展相关电力规划。从实证分析的角度出发,对上海1991—2010年间产业结构变化与电力消费开展格兰杰因果分析,并结合产业结构特点提出相关建议。The rapid national economic growth has led to the high electric power consumption. The different character- istics of power consumption in different industries demand the power planning in accordance with the industrial struc- tural changes during the economic transformation. This paper makes Granger causality test to analyze empirically the correlation between industrial structural changes and power consumption in Shanghai from 1991 to 2010, and puts for- ward the corresponding suggestions in combination with the characteristics of industrial structure.
