摘　　要：农产品物流金融对农产品加工企业而言是一种新颖的融资模式。通过该融资模式,农产品加工企业能便捷地获得融资,并将不能及时折现的农产品进行质押融资,以获得更多的流动资金。农产品物流金融盈利模式主要有代客结算模式和基于第三方物流的融通仓模式,其中融通仓模式不仅能为银行和农产品加工企业间的合作构架新的融资桥梁,而且能较好地融入农产品加工企业供应链体系之中,成为农产品加工企业重要的第三方物流服务形式。The logistics finance of agricultural products is a new financing model to agricultural product processing enterprises. Through this financing model, agricultural product processing enterprises can have access to financing in an easy way, and pledge financing agricultural products that can＇t be discounted in time as to obtain more current capital. The major profit models of agricultural product logistics finance are settlement for clients and the finance, transportation and warehouse （FTW） based on the third - party logistics. The third - party logistics of FTW model can not only build a new financing bridge between banks and agricuhural product processing enterprises, but also become integrated into the supply chain system of processing enter- prises, and become a major way of the third - party logistics services for agricultural product processing enterprises.
